What does 5-free mean?
5-free is a polish world term that means that our nail polish does not contain the Big 5 toxins commonly found in polish. These are formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, camphor, and dibutyl phthalate (DBP). You can learn more about those ingredients here. We commonly refer to our status as a 5-free product as toxin-free.
Is Lillian Eve vegan and/or gluten-free?
Lillian Eve products are all vegan, meaning they contain no animal by-products. To our knowledge, none of our ingredients are derived from gluten. Please see each product's ingredients list and check with your doctor if you have chemical or gluten sensitivities.
Where does Lillian Eve ship to?
Lillian Eve currently only ships within the United States. Please see our list of stockists for any available international shipping options.
What are the shipping costs? How are they calculated?

How do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more. This discount is automatically applied to your cart once the total reaches $50.
How long will processing and delivery take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, but heavier orders shipped via USPS Parcel Select may take 2-8 business days. Which payment methods are accepted?
Lillian Eve accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diner's Club, and Paypal.
How secure is shopping on lillianeve.com? Is my data protected?
Lillian Eve uses Stripe to process all credit card payments. Your credit card information is not shared with us during the process and is stored on a remote protected server. Payments made via Paypal are processed directly through Paypal's secure servers, as well. The only personal information stored on our system is your name, number, email, and address(es), which is protected by our host's secure servers.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive a receipt as soon as your payment is complete. If you did not receive a receipt, please check your junk/spam folder and verify that your payment was successful. If your payment method failed for whatever reason, you will not be issued an invoice and your order will not be processed.
